This is a written tutorial for a reversible harem pant. This pant can be worn as a shirt if turned upside down and the waistband is used as the shirt hem.
The waistband features approximately 10 rows of shirring, and elastic in a casing.
The ankle/sleeve cuffs are button closure.
This tutorial, as written, is for a hip circumference less than approximately 43 inches, and a waist less than approximately 35 inches. Adjustments to the tutorial can be made to account for increased widths. The tutorial was written based on using fabric with a width of 45 inches. The approximate inseam length is 25 inches. The ankle/sleeve cuff opening, as written, is 11.5 inches.
The harem pants are a drop crotch pant, designed to look like something between a pant and a skirt. Worn as a shirt, it has a boat neckline and the sleeves are approximately elbow-length.
